Lion IV is a superb 112m2, third floor, 4 bedroom apartment in the centre of Chatel (on Route du Centre) and just 200m from the Super Chatel ski lift, ensuring Convenience with a capital C. The inviting lounge adds to the atmosphere with its wood burning fireplace and its great views from the balcony. There is a useful washer and dryer in one of the bathrooms and if driving here there is parking 300m away. There is of course complimentary WiFi in the apartment….before you ask!!

The kitchen comes well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine etc and open plan to the living area. For sleeping arrangements then 2 bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has a double bed en suite with shower and WC. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds plus 2 bunk beds, thus allowing for parties of up to 10 to sleep here. There is a second bathroom with a bath and shower, with a separate WC, plus a third bathroom with a shower and WC. Bed linen and towels are included.
