This quality apartment is extremely spacious at over 160m2, bright and attractively furnished, so that you will immediately feel at home. In addition to a comfortable seating area, you also have a large dining table that can seat up to 12. The open style kitchen comes well equipped with all modern appliances.Both the living room and several bedrooms have access to the large balconies on the front with a panoramic view or on the back for shady and quiet hours. From the apartment you are about 500m from the ski lift and about the same distance to the centre of pretty and lively Zell am See, with Murrays Irish bar being one on the closest bars at 300m, with the 4 star Seevilla Frieberg hotel bar and restaurant being across the road from here, on the lake, 100m away. The chalet apartment offers:

• 4 bedrooms each with a double bed and each with an en-suite bathroom, hairdryers, TV and balcony
• A large and open living/dining area with sofa bed

There is a communal wellness area in the building, with a sauna and infra red, where you can relax after a day in the mountains. You also have a ski and boot room where you can store your bike or skis with ski boot dryers. If driving here there are 2 covered parking spaces allotted  for your cars and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. Offered either self catered or on a catered half board basis to suit.

As a winter sports resort, Zell am See is one of the most famous places in Salzburgerland with a lively centre.Thanks to the extensive ski area and because the ski pass is also valid in Kaprun with its famous glacier, you can enjoy a holiday with guaranteed snow, with the pass also including Saalbach.

In summer, Zell am See, with its beautiful lake and central location in the Salzburg region, is the best place to spend your vacation. The lake provides swimming or boating options, with plenty of cafes and restaurants in the centre. A short distance away you can reach the famous Großglockner, the highest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml, the Ice Caves at Werfen or the fantastic city of Salzburg.

The cost for final cleaning is included and includes linen & towels for all guests, the cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay and a starter set of essentials for your holidays ( 2 x kitchen towels, sponge, dishwasher tabs, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet…..)

We can provide you with a baby cot on site for € 25/ stay, but please bring your own bed linen. Please ask for availability when booking.
