Description

These  3* superior apartments, built in 2018, are in a great position at the foot of the 8 seater Boisses gondola in Tignes 1800. You can ski back to within 50m of the residence on a blue run, in normal conditions thereby qualifying it as a ski in ski out option. Excellent facilities include an indoor heated pool with south-facing terrace, hot tub, steam room and a sauna.

Facilities at the Altaviva include:

Apartment sizes are from 1 bedroom apartments sleeping 4, to 3 bedroom apartments sleeping 8. All apartments are spacious, well-appointed, tastefully furnished and decorated, with great views. All the apartments have a living area with a double sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave/grill, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker,  bathrooms with a bath or shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and a separate WC.

Apartments with 3 bedrooms have a decorative fireplace in the lounge.

Premium type apartments (see below) enjoy the best location within the residence, are more spacious, and have superior décor, layout and services (e.g. audiovisual equipment in the living area and main bedroom; lounge furniture; welcome kit; early check-in from 14:00; one complimentary entry per person included to the spa; one dedicated parking space (included) and heated ski locker with heated boot rack).

1 bedroom “Comfort” apartment sleeping 2-4 (38m2): Bedroom with 2 single beds that can be made into a double

1 bedroom “Confort Plus” apartment sleeping 2-4 (44m2): Same as Comfort apartment but more spacious

2 bedroom “Famille” apartment sleeping 4-6 (48m2): One bedroom with 2 single beds that can be made into a double and a second bedroom with set of bunk beds, plus an additional shower room.

2 bedroom “Comfort” apartment sleeping 4-6 (47m2): Two bedrooms each with 2 single beds that can be made into doubles plus an additional shower room.

2 bedroom “Comfort Plus” apartment sleeping 4-6 (58m2): Just a little more spacious than the Comfort apartment

2 bedroom “Premium” apartment sleeping 4-6 (63m2): Same as Comfort Plus apartment above, but with additional features (see above)

3 bedroom “Standard” apartment sleeping 6-8 (58m2): Two bedrooms each with 2 single beds that can be made into doubles, plus a third bedroom with either 2 single beds or a set of bunk beds, with an additional shower room.

3 bedroom “Plus” apartment, sleeping 6-8 (66m2): Same as the Standard apartment above, but with more room.

3 bedroom “Premium” apartment, sleeping 6-8 (80m2): Same as the Plus apartment above, but more spacious and with additional features (see above)
