Description

Alpen IIA is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for up to 5, nicely furnished with lots of wood and even has its own private sauna, as well as the communal sauna facilities downstairs. It is away from any noise of the road at the back of the building, yet is just 300m from the start of central Zell am See and Murrays Irish bar on Loferer Bundestrasse and 500m from the City Xpress lift.

The quality apartment is attractively furnished and in addition to the living area, has a large dining table.The open plan kitchen comes equipped with all modern appliances and from the living area you have access to the large, green balcony at the back. For sleeping then we have  a master bedroom with an Austria twin bed, TV, en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony and sauna. The second bedroom has an Austrian twin, TV, en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony with bathroom access also via the living area. The living area has a sofa bed for one person to sleep on.

A s mentioned there is a wellness area available for common use in the complex as well, where you can relax after a day in the mountains. You also have a ski room where you can store your skis or boards with a ski boot dryer, if you haven’t left them on the slopes or at the ski hire shop.  If driving here there are 2 open parking spaces for your cars. A great value option for up to 5 and comes inclusive of bed linen & towels for all guests, the cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay and a starter set of essentials for your holidays ( 2x kitchen towels, sponge,  dishwasher tablets, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet etc…..)

A damage security deposit of € 300 will be deducted from your credit card 2 days before your arrival and will be refunded within 3-4 working days after departure, in case no damage occurred. If needed we can provide you with a baby cot on site for € 25/ stay, but please bring your own bed linen.
