This small, exclusive apartment is ideally located just off the the main street of Avenue Olympique, slightly set back from the road, on the river, for added peace and quiet from all the hustle and bustle around you. Thus it allows you to enjoy all the amenities of this lively resort life whilst also offering quick access to the very popular pistes of Val d’Isère.

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment of 100 m2 is for 6 people and located on the 2nd floor of the small 3 story building with a long South facing balcony. Staying here gives you easy access to the slopes and Solaise and Bellevarde lifts, a short walk away. You are also very close to the shopping life (shops, restaurants, ski hire, ski lessons, ice skating etc.) just a quick walk over the bridge. If driving here there is no parking but the public car parks P0 – P1 are again a short walk away.

Stepping inside you have an open plan Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hood, ceramic hob, microwave oven, large fridge, small freezer, electric coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, soup mixer and blender opening into the spacious living room with cable TV and wood burning fire place and dining area. In the entrance is a ski locker room with a ski boot dryer.

When its time to retire you have :

Bedroom 1 with a South facing balcony, a double bed 160 x 200 cm with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate WC

Bedroom 2 with a West facing balcony, 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 with a North facing balcony, 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm plus ensuite bathroom with shower.

There is also an independent WC plus a cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. Beds made upon arrival with bed linen and towels included as is end-of-stay cleaning.
