Description

Caseblanche offers luxurious, newly built chalets and chalet apartments in the family friendly mountain village of Saint Martin de Belleville. The park opened in December 2018 and is in a perfect location, right on a blue slope and just above the gondola lift Saint Martin 1, thus allowing a ski-in & ski-out option. This gondola has further connections to the slopes and lifts  that take you to the ski resorts of Les Menuires, Val Thorens, Méribel and Courchevel.

The authentic village of St. Martin de Belleville has a lovely and pretty village centre with all the necessary amenities such as a supermarket, several shops and restaurants which can all be found about 500 metres away from Caseblanche. Skiing lessons start directly at the gondola and in the morning you can ski here in just a few seconds!

In the park there are several facilities such as restaurant Simple & Meilleur, where in the afternoon and evening you can sample some good food and cafe bar Bell’Savoie for bread and various snacks. Next to the restaurant you have access to the piste and to the gondola lift..

This chalet apartment is spread over four floors and has the entrance on the ground floor.

On the ground floor you will find the spacious dining area, wood burning stove and well equipped open plan kitchen including a 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. From the dining area you have access to the spacious furnished balcony with a private outdoor jacuzzi. There is also a separate toilet in the entrance.

On the first floor you will find a very comfortable sitting area with satellite TV with a beautiful view of the impressive mountains.

On the lower ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and one with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a sauna on this floor.

In the basement (-2) there are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore on this floor there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
