Taking the whole corner of this exclusive development, the apartment’s space is comparable to a stand alone chalet. There are two private terraces one of which includes a private hot tub. On the other side you have uninterrupted views over Morzine and surrounding mountains.  There are  two conveniently located parking spaces adjacent to the apartment in addition to a secure underground garage.

The sophisticated open plan living area and kitchen have dual aspect wall to wall windows which floods the apartment with natural light.  There is plenty of space to enjoy relaxing and dining as well as a luxury kitchen which includes a marble waterfall island unit and wine fridge . From the master bedroom there is patio door access to the hot tub terrace. Bedroom 5  can sleep 4 with a double bed and 2 bunks, ideal as a family room or children’s tv and games room.

There are 3 private parking spaces available, two to the side of the apartment and one in the lockable underground garage (height limit of 1.9 m). A private boot room has ski boot warmers. A cot and highchair are available on request.
