Chalet 23 is a superb chalet and a popular choice its with outdoor jacuzzi. It is located on the edge of the woods in the charming village of Tignes-Les-Brévières and is one of the chalets in the Belvédère area, which is located at the top of the village. With the passenger lift you can reach the slopes and the gondola down in the village and is located about a 200 metre walk away from the chalet and can be used from 08.30 – 18.30 hours. The brand new Brévières gondola. lift connects the village with the 300 km of slopes in the Espace Killy ski area. At the ski lift you’ll find the ESF ski school, a practice slope and a restaurant / bar, where you can reflect on your ski day with a welcoming drink! In the centre of Tignes-Les-Brévières you will find all the necessary facilities available, including a supermarket, ski rental shop and a number of restaurants and bars.

The chalets use of natural materials such as wood and natural stone combined with the cheerful colours and decorations give the chalet a cosy and warm atmosphere. After a day in the fresh air you can warm up in the chalet by the wood burning fireplace or in the outdoor hot tub and from the terrace and balcony your view is over the village and slopes. The chalet park has its own garage, where you have two covered parking spaces. There is also a shared ski storage room with ski boot dryers.

This chalet is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area by the fireplace, separate sitting area with TV and DVD player, large dining table and an open kitchen, fully equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cafetière and toaster. On this floor there is also a separate toilet. Furthermore, this chalet has Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a large terrace and a balcony around the chalet.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three with two single beds (which can be pushed together as a double bed) and TV, with one having a double bed. All bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite with bath/shower and toilet.

On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms, one with two single beds (which can be joined together as a double bed) and TV and one with a double bed. Both of these bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet. This excellent chalet is offered self catered or with a catered half board option to suit, with the possibility of contactless catering as well.
