Chalet Antoine, Nendez, Switzerland

Chalet Antoine is a classy 5 bedroom chalet,  200 m2 in size and spread over 3 levels. This outstanding chalet was built in 2009 and sits just 500 m from the centre of Nendaz, in a cul-de-sac, ensuring privacy and no noise. If driving here please don’t forget to bring your snow chains, and/or a 4×4 car is recommended in winter, as we recommend with all ski resorts, or at the very least have winter tyres on your vehicle.Parking is at the chalet though really a vehicle isn’t needed when you stay here with the supermarket being 500m away and the closest restaurant, just 200 m away. The gondola lift is 1 km away with the free ski bus stopping 250 m away.

The chalet offers modern, contemporary and luxurious furnishings, where you can relax in the large living/dining room with stunning panoramic views. After skiing come and warm yourself up by the Scandinavian wood burning stove. The living area offers cable TV, DVD and electric shutters, with a door to the balcony and to the terrace. The spacious lounge opens into the well equipped kitchen, with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, fridge/freezer) and breakfast bar. On the living area floor, there is a shower/WC plus a bedroom with 2 single adult beds.Down the steps to the the lower ground floor, you will find a secondary small lounge area with a flat screen, cable TV.

Going up the steps from the lounge you will find the the upper floor, where there is a  large bedroom with a double or twin bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm) en suite with a shower/WC and a door to the balcony. You will also find bedroom 3 here which is another large bedroom with a French double bed (160 cm by length 200 cm), en suite with a bath/WC and a door to the balcony. Bedroom 4 has twin 2 beds(90 cm, length 190 cm) en suite with shower/WC. There is also a small terrace, with outdoor furniture and barbecue. From here you have more panoramic views of the mountains and the valley.

Facilities at the chalet also include a washing machine, dryer, private sauna, children’s high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. The chalet also has complimentary WiFi and reserved parking  for 2 cars.

In the town of Nendaz you will find many facilities including a supermarket, retail shops, butchers, bakers, boutiques, a post office, two banks, restaurants, bars, a disco and night club. The area also offers 420 km of interconnected pistes with Verbier perhaps being the best known town in this 4 Valleys area.
