Chalet Aron is a traditional Savoyard chalet with a degree of luxury which should make it an ideal option for any group or party wanting sole occupancy of a classy and well located chalet and being an ideal choice for families, groups or corporate bookings requiring either a catered or self catered option for their next trip to the Portes du Soleil. In total the chalet offers 4 twin bedrooms and 3 double bedrooms, allowing for parties of up to 14.

Situated less than 200 metres from the Linga Tele-Cabin, this convenient location makes the chalet almost, but not quite,  ‘ski-in ski-out’ and as such offers stunning south facing views of the valley. Chalet Aron has been designed to cater for all your needs. The owners have put all of their experience of running chalets into the design of this chalet.

After a hard days skiing, boarding or even snowshoeing, you can enjoy the 6 seater sauna, or the games room with its cinema screen, Nintendo Wii and table football. Outside is the 6 seater hot tub where you can relax  enjoying wonderful views of the valley and the Linga Ski Slopes. On this lower floor level there are also 4 guest bedrooms.

On the middle floor is the large sumptuous lounge with an open log fireplace and Satellite TV. The dinning area and large well equipped kitchen is where you can conjure up delicious evening meals, (or let our chef do it for you) is also on this floor.

Outside is a large south facing balcony that wraps around the front of the chalet with great views over the pistes, ideal for catching the last rays of the day and watching some of the many events that take place on the slopes day and night. Thursday night is floodlight skiing and during the season there are many races that take place or you can just gaze at the stunning scenery avec a glass of something in your hand.

Moving to the the top floor you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. ne of them has an en-suite shower room and the other 2 bedrooms share the remaining and 6th bathroom, which is between them.Often called Jack and Jill bedrooms. Hairdryers are also supplied for your comfort by the owners which is a welcome touch. The chalet is bookable on a Sunday to Sunday basis,  sole occupancy only and ready from 16.30 for check in, with departure expected by 09.30.

The home run back to the chalet is a great way to finish your days skiing, stopping off at one or two of the quaint mountain huts for the local tipple, then before meeting in the Shuss bar at the bottom.In the evening, if you still have energy and are able to drag your-self away from the comforts of your chalet, there are some good bars locally, the more fun can pop into the centre of the excellent, traditional village of Chatel where they will find a whole array of restaurants and bars, where they can boogie the night away. The free shuttle stops close by.
