Chalet Ava is one of the luxury chalet apartments within a larger building offering five apartments, well located in the highest part of Les Menuires, Reberty 2000 on Rue de la Glisse, ensuring great and reliable snow all season. The apartments are only 100 metres away from a blue slope making this almost an easy ski in ski out option. From this piste you can ski over to the Sunny Express chairlift and Bruyères gondola which give you the access to around 650 km of interconnected slopes in Les Trois Vallées ski area. The ski bus stop is about 20 metres away if you want to get to other parts of Les Menuires including the centre and don’t want to walk. The closest restaurant and bar to here is 200m away.

Offered either self catered or on a catered half board basis, approximately 40 metres away is a supermarket which adds to the convenience of staying here, especially if self catering. The centre of Les Menuires is about 2.5 km away and has a wide range of restaurants, après-ski bars, shops, childcare and an indoor pool. You can ski down to there or you can also reach the centre by the free ski bus.

This apartment is divided over three floors, with the entrance to the chalet being located on the third floor.

On the second floor are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and bedroom 3 also has two single beds, plus an en-suite bathroom with shower. On this level there is also another bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. From all these bedrooms you have access to the balcony (approx. 19 sqm) which hosts your own jacuzzi.

On the third floor is a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area, large flat screen satellite TV, a wood burning stove, attractive dining area and a fully equipped, open plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and washing machine.From the kitchen you have access to a balcony (approx. 17 m²). On this level you also have bedroom 4 with a double bed and a mezzanine which can take an extra bed. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, adjacent to the bedroom.

On the fourth floor is bedroom 5 with a double bed, plus a “cabin” bedroom with a bunk bed, as bedroom 6. These share a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi, three parking spaces in the under cover garage and one parking space outside the chalet, with a socket charger for an electric car. Definitely a great snow sure choice if your party profile suits, with additional catering options.
