The apartment is unique and has a balcony and beautiful views of both the mountains and the village. Bedding consists of 3 double bedrooms and a double bunk bedroom for 4 people, 2 bathrooms with a bath or a shower plus a separate toilet, plus 2 further bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each,  a spacious living area with wood burning fireplace , a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine etc. An ideal choice for up to 10 for any party wanting to ski the outstanding Paridiski area and wanting immediate access to the skiing.

Plagne Montalbert is a pretty and traditional village at an altitude of 1 350 metres, with easy access to higher altitudes and the Bellecote glacier. The architecture is in traditional mountain-style with low buildings made of wood and stone and gable roofs. Most of the shops, bars and services are grouped together in the shopping street at the bottom of the slopes. The village centre is car-free, with vehicles left in the large car parks at the village entrance. You will be able to breathe in deep and enjoy this small, welcoming site. There are many slopes here to please skiers & snowboarders from complete beginners through to off piste experts, with the area considered as being very family friendly.

Mountain Restaurants are generally good value for money around here and many have great views of the Vanoise National Park or the Tarentaise Valley and only get really busy during peak periods. For stunning views across the valley, the Rossa on the Champagny side is the best option, you can even snooze in the deck chairs! In bad weather head for Chalet des Verdons Sud, or the lower tree lined runs that lead down to Les Coches & Montchavin, and try the Chez Pat du Sauget. The Arpette is a good value restaurant in the main part of the piste and is easy to get to for most levels of skiers or check out the Forperet being an old farm offering exceptional customary dishes.

Apres ski is more muted here but there are still a number of lively bars to keep most peoples interest during a weeks holiday, though party seekers would be better off elsewhere.
