Built in 2021, Lake View Chalet boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Zeller lake, best experienced from its two-storey windows and large balconies.

With its unusually huge 200 square metres of living space it offers four en-suite double bedrooms, a gym, a library, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a spacious open-plan kitchen / dining / living area, ideal for hosting, entertaining, and bringing everyone together.

In the winter you can ski right to the front door on the Ebenberg piste! In the summer, you are at the start of a network of paths for walkers and cyclists.We also offer summer guests free access to the courts at the private tennis club, in addition to all the perks that come with the Zell am See & Kaprun Summer Card!

Nestled in a quiet spot, the chalet is conveniently only a 5-minute walk from the pretty town centre. If driving here there is plenty of on site parking too. Come and stay at one of the nicest chalets in Austria which we offer on a catered or self catered basis to suit. You will be amazed!

The on-site service was really very comprehensive: our contact person was available at all times and was there to help with both small and larger issues. You can tell that this house was well looked after from start to finish in planning and construction. Almost everything has been thought of with great attention to detail.
