Chalet Colene is a superb apartment sleeping up to 12 guests in its 5 bedrooms.  This 190m² self catered or catered apartment has the perfect central location, with restaurants and bars on the doorstep and both main ski lift stations just a 5 minute walk away.

The property is the upper 2 floors of an historic chalet in the centre of Morzine.   There is a huge open plan living area with double height ceilings and bi fold doors right across the south facing facade.  There are views to the Pleney slopes and Nyon mountain.  The other side of the building has bedrooms with balconies facing Avoriaz, so this apartment gives you every view in town whilst being right in the heart of the action.

The double height large open plan living area boasts a wood burning fireplace, a sleek and modern kitchen and generous dining and comfy seating.  There is a SMART TV with English Freeview channels.The classy kitchen has everything you would expect in such a quality rental including a dishwasher, coffee machine and wine fridge and of course there is complimentary Wifi throughout the apartment.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On the same floor as the living room there is the master suite with a large ensuite bathroom plus a separate bunk area with a balcony with stunning views to Avoriaz.  This room has a SMART TV, perfect for letting kids watch a movie away from the living area.

Bedroom 2 is also on this floor and has an ensuite shower room, windows on 2 sides and balcony.

The other 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor, with bedrooms 3 and 4 sharing a bathroom with a shower.  Bedroom 5 is fully ensuite.

The apartment has a ski locker with ski boot warmers and there is private parking in the on site garage.  The apartment has its own private entrance and is completely separate to the lower floor.

This is the perfect chalet for those who want to be right in the centre of town, whilst enjoying a beautiful and quiet place to relax in. If you have a large group then then the lower apartment can be booked at the same time.  Allowing for up to 21 guests across the two apartments.
