Chalet Cristal is a traditionally styled chalet, spread over 3 floors, with a very modern and comfortable interior, perfect for groups wanting their own special catered ski lodge or individuals/couples looking for convivial chalet-style accommodation in an excellent catered chalet in superb St Anton. The chalet is bookable as a “package” including UK flights and transfers, with no discount if the flights are not required.

It is just 5 minutes’ walk to the Rendlbahn and then 2 more minutes to the Galzig gondola and the lovely pedestrian heart of St Anton. The chalet though sits majestically on a slope, which is downhill to the lifts and uphill back, so we have made arrangements with our ski and board hire partner, so that all pre-booked skis and boots can be left at the shop, just next to the Galzigbahn, leaving you free to return to the chalet after skiing in normal shoes,  or maybe stop at one or two of St Anton’s renowned après ski venues in the centre of the resort, before your evenings culinary extravaganza! Conveniently, to help in the mornings and evenings, a complimentary minibus transfer is provided, to and from the lifts, at the start and end of the ski day, so walking is only an option.

The chalet inside is classic by design,  “uncluttered”  with wooden walls giving a feeling of space, serenity and calmness. To relax and chill out after a hard day on the slopes, there is your own private welcoming sauna on the ground floor, with a small relaxation area for 2 people to rest afterwards.

All the 7 double or twin bedrooms have en suite showers (5) or baths (2), plus a WC and bedroom 7 has room for a childs put-up bed (for sole occupancy bookings of the chalet). Three of the bedrooms are on the top or second floor, 4 of the bedrooms are on the first floor and on the ground floor you will find the living and dining areas, the sauna/wellness area and the ski/boot room, with ski boot dryers.

Meals are served in the dining room which leads on to the spacious lounge area which has large comfy sofas and cushions and TV/DVD player. Your excellent catered chalet service begins with a daily continental breakfast every morning, with a hot option on 6 of the mornings, afternoon tea on 6 afternoons and 3 course evening meals with wine on 6 evenings, leaving you to sample one of St Anton’s many fine eateries on the chefs day off.
