Description

Chalet Hermine IV is one of the excellent and quite luxurious chalet apartments, built with traditional building materials and offering an atmospheric wood burning fireplace in natural stone. The chalet is quite spacious at 95m2 and well located in the heart of Val Thorens, very close to the piste and only 200m from the ski lift. The ski slopes themselves are also easily accessible within a 5 minute walk and it is possible to ski back literally a snowball’s throw away from the chalet entrance! 

The chalet apartments are spread over two buildings and are close to the shops, restaurants and bars which can be found just 300m away, so the chalet is well placed for shopping and the lively apres ski. Offered on a catered, part catered or self catered basis, if booking on a self catered basis there is a morning fresh bread and croissants delivery service on request at reception, from the local bakery.

The residence offers excellent on site spa facilities such as a sauna, fitness room and heated indoor swimming-pool, all complimentary. Moreover, you can also make use of all the facilities available in Chalet Plein Sud, 200 metres away. The chalet also has a private ski locker with a ski boot dryer. Wi-Fi is complimentary in the reception area but may be a small charge in your room. One bag of firewood is also included. There is also a complimentary laundry service offered.

The chalet offers a private garage with a limited number of parking spots if driving here. Places can be reserved in advance and costs from 90 Euros for the week. The height of the garage is about 2.3m. There is also a public parking area at Val Tho Parc which is situated 300m away and can be arranged in advance via www.valthoparc.com.

Chalet Layout:

There is a very comfortable and well furnished living area with satellite TV, a wood burning fireplace, a dining area for 8 and a kitchen with a coffee machine (filter), an oven, 4 ceramic hob, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a stove. There is also a south facing balcony offering a stunning view over the village and the ski area.

There are four bedrooms, three with two single beds and one with a double bed, with beds made up ready for your arrival. There are four bathrooms, with a bath or a shower and two separate toilets, with 2 towels provided per person. Transfers arranged from any airport to suit and if you do have a pet dog, its OK to being him/her along for an extra 75 Euros, currently.
