Description

This traditional and welcoming catered chalet is located in the bustling centre of Gerlos. At the edge of the famous village is the ski lift “Isskogelbahn”, which brings you directly to an altitude of 1900m. There you are in the middle of the big snow-sure ski area of the Zillertal Arena.

The chalet has a typical Austrian atmosphere, cosy and warm. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with traditional Austrian tiled stove, ski storage and a double bedroom  (2 persons, one bed) with private bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a triple room (3-persons) and a twin room (2-persons separate beds), each with private bathroom (one without toilet). There is a separate toilet and an extra bathroom with a bath in the hallway on the first floor.

On the upper floor there are two triple rooms and one twin room. In the hallway on the upper floor there is a separate toilet and shower. All rooms have a typical Tyrolean style. Behind the house there are several parking lots where you can park your car. After a day on the slopes you can relax in your own chalet!

There has recently been a new slope added to the ski area, which allows you to ski downhill into the vibrant village, after an adventurous day on the mountain. Gerlos has a good snow record every season from December until April, though it is not just the secure snow that Gerlos has to offer, but the great winter sports atmosphere and entertainment which is always to be found here.

Gerlos offers many alternative activities in the village, you can play tennis, squash, paraglide and you can also go night tobogganing. The beautiful natural environment is ideal for cross country skiing and hiking.

The high-altitude Zillertal area, of which Girls is one of the resorts,  is snow sure and has more than 160 kilometres of continuous slopes. The Isskogel lift, on the outskirts of the village, leads beginners to numerous wide blue pistes. Advanced skiers can enjoy the endless tours and challenging descents in the nearby Wald-Königsleiten, and adrenaline-driven skiers can go on an off piste adventure.
