Description

Chalet du Ferme IV is a 100m² apartment on 3 levels, with ski in ski out access, for 8/9 people with 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine area, located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment block at Ferme de Meribel, with a lift. It’s located directly in front of the Lapin piste and 50m from the amenities of the village. With complimentary access to the swimming-pool, sauna and hammam it’s ideal for families with children or small groups of adults wanting to experience the 3 Valleys from an excellent and convenient base.

GROUND-FLOOR – An open and well equipped kitchen (oven/microwaves, dish-washer, fridge, Nespresso machine) opening into the living room with satellite TV and comfy seating. There is a decorative fireplace and a balcony facing North, with a separate toilet.

LEVEL 1 – Here we have bedroom 1 which is a can be set up as a double or twins (80 x 190) – Bedroom 2 on this level has a double bed (140 x 190) with a shower-room and both of these bedrooms also share a full bathroom with a toilet.

LEVEL 2 – Here we have bedroom 3 offering 2 twin beds (80 x 190) – Bedroom 4 also with 2 twin beds (80 x 190) plus a mezzanine with a single bed (80 x 190) all sharing a shower-room with toilet.

The chalet has a ski locker and there is private parking under the residence. There is complimentary WiFi and complimentary access tot the swimming pool and spa. Bed linen is provided including towels with beds made up ready for your arrival, together with bedroom slippers. End of stay cleaning is included except in the kitchen.

The Residence des Fermes de Méribel is ideally located just a few metres from the Golf chairlift. Group ski lessons are at the top of the chairlift at the Altiport during school holidays in zone C and at the Rond point des Pistes for other lessons. Close by to walk to you have restaurants, bars, a bakery, mini market and sports shop. There is also a complimentary ski bus to reach the centre which operates from 7.40 am to 11.30 pm.
