This premium residence is located in the Val Claret area of Tignes with the building itself being constructed from natural materials such as wood and stone  – providing an authentic type of accommodation.  Inside, the very comfortable 2 and 3 bedroom apartments feature warm and quality furniture, with wooden interiors – further adding to the atmosphere of the accommodation. The apartments also have balconies allowing you to enjoy the fantastic views on offer.

The family friendly residence has a beautiful lounge with a fireplace which guests can enjoy. During the ski season, there is also a shopping delivery service available, as well as breads and pastries which can be ordered from reception. There’s also board games, books and a PlayStation which can be borrowed.

In the complex there is a restaurant, WiFi, a ski storage room and with central heating throughout. Shopping centre is just 100 m away with the indoor swimming pool being just over a km away. the ski pistes are just 200 m away, with the ski rental shop 100 m away, the ski bus stop 5 m away and lastly ski school,  200 m away.

Whilst not ski in ski out, the ski slopes are around 400m away and these apartments are very close to local shops. There is a free shuttle bus that serves the whole resort, as well as the other regions of the resort, so you can jump on if you don’t feel like walking anywhere.

The 3 bedroom apartment is 75 m2 in size and on the 1st floor of a 4 story apartment block. Fully renovated, you have a comfortable living/dining room with a double sofa bed (160 cm), flat screen TV. The open plan kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are extra.

As for sleeping then bedroom 1 offers 2 beds (80 cm), en suite with bath/WC. The second bedroom again has 2 beds (80 cm) en suite with shower/WC plus a balcony. The 3rd bedroom is a double bedroom with a bathroom and separate WC. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the mountains, whilst the facilities include a washing machine, dryer, free WiFi, reserved parking under cover.
