Méribel lies at the heart of the 3 Valleys, the world’s largest ski area. With 600km of world-class pistes to explore, the extent and variety of terrain is simply staggering. The high altitudes combined with first class snow-making facilities ensures quality snow conditions throughout the season. The lift systems are modern and well designed making navigation to the neighbouring Belleville (Les Menuires and Val Thorens) and Courchevel Valleys easy. Within a few minutes from Meribel Mottaret you could be cruising the wide open bowl of Val Thorens or the long reds from the top of the Saulire into Courchevel. The 3 Valleys really does have everything and in Meribel you are in the heart of the action!

Chalet Etienne is a superb quality chalet located in one of Meribel’s most sought after and  picturesque neighbourhoods, Meribel Village. Meribel Village is only a few minutes away on the free shuttle bus, from the bustling centre of Meribel, although it also has a centre of its own with a couple of popular places to eat and drink, a small supermarket and boulangerie and easy access to the slopes. As the central resort in the Three Valleys, the World’s largest connected ski area, Meribel is a brilliant choice for exploring all of this huge and exceptional area.

Chalet Etienne offers seven spacious bedrooms for up to fifteen guests and conveniently is just a five minute walk from the nearest ski lift and piste, 400m away, from which there is easy access to the rest of the Meribel and Three Valleys ski area. Given its size and location, this chalet is a popular choice for a large group of friends or family looking to explore the Three Valleys

Upon entering the chalet on the ground floor, there is a sizeable ski and boot room, complete with heated boot driers, perfect for keeping your feet warm and dry before hitting the slopes each day. From the ground floor you’ll also find access to the spacious terrace, which has a sauna and outdoor hot tub and stunning views of the ski slopes, the perfect spot to enjoy après-ski drinks under the setting sun, or in the snow, whilst relaxing your tired muscles after a hard day on the slopes.

There is a large open plan living room on the first floor, with a beautiful long wooden dining table, with space to seat up to 15 guests and an attractively furnished living room, with sofas that you can really sink into as you relax by the roaring fireplace and enjoy your favourite tunes with the connected Bluetooth speakers. The kitchen is separate, but just next door to the dining room and comes fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and cafetière, so you’ll have everything you need to whip up a feast for all the family.

There are seven beautifully furnished bedrooms in the chalet, which can sleep up to fifteen guests in total. Three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, each with two single beds and with en-suite bathrooms. There is one bedroom on the first floor located just next to the kitchen, with two single beds and its own en-suite bathroom, plus access out onto the terrace. The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the second floor, one of which has three single beds, an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. The other two bedrooms both have two single beds and en-suite bathrooms. Please note that all of the beds can be made as either twin or double. When the beds are zipped together, they a large double bed. All bathrooms have their own WC.

There is free WI-Fi throughout the chalet, perfect if you need to work whilst away, or stream your favourite film or TV shows whilst relaxing in front of the roaring fire. If you drive to Méribel there is a large driveway with space for up to four cars to park right outside the chalet.

Inclusive with your booking are that your beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Fridges are stocked*, bath robes and slippers, mid-week and end of stay cleaning, mid-week towel change, local tourist tax, satellite TV & free WIFI access in the chalet are all included. As regards other options then the chalet can be booked self catered, fully catered with a chef or partly catered with “contactless catering.”

*If you choose our contactless catering option, then food and drink are included in the cost. We will supply you with breakfast every day, afternoon tea and snacks, pre-dinner nibbles, plus a three course dinner on six of the seven nights, which also includes a selection of cheeses, champagne for your first evening, a kir for before dinner, unlimited red and white wine and a few beers. You then cook the pre prepared meals and clear away ready for breakfast in the morning.

*If you choose our self catering option, there is no food and drink included in the chalet price but you can order and pay for provisions a few days before the start of your holiday, which will be delivered and stored at the chalet, for your arrival.

*If you choose our excellent catered option, food and drink are included in the chalet price with a chef on site. Breakfasts are offered every morning, afternoon tea or snacks or 5 afternoons and 3/4 course freshly prepared evening meals for adults on 6 of the 7 nights stay plus almost unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks offered. Children would be served 2 course meals and normally before the adults unless requested otherwise. The chef then clears away ready for breakfast in the morning.
