The luxurious chalet Nyon IV is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the centre of Morzine from its location on Route de la Manche, 2km away, or a 20 minute walk and 300 metres from the ski slopes and the Nyon cable car. The free shuttle bus stop stops outside the chalet within 30m. Offering breathtaking views of the forest and the iconic peaks of Nyon and Pleney, this haven of peace combines modern comfort with alpine charm and is a great choice for either Winter or Summer and offered self catered or on a catered half board basis at any time.

The atmospheric and spacious 200m2, high end chalet can comfortably accommodate 8 people in its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends and is spread over two floors  as follows:

Upper level with the entrance hall and ski room with boot dryer and WC
Bright and spacious living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. Lounge area satellite TV, dining area and access to the very large terrace with panoramic views of the pine trees and mountain peaks. Ideal for soaking up those views or sunbathing in summer. There is also an outside dining area.

On the lower level you will find the bedrooms:
Laundry cupboard with washer-dryer and a bathroom with toilet
Bedroom 1: Two single beds (90cm x 200cm) or one double bed (180cm x 200cm), storage, balcony access. Ensuite shower room with toilet
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90cm x 200cm) or one double bed (180cm x 200cm), storage, desk / vanity area, balcony access.

On site there are 3- 4 outdoor parking spaces. Bedding and towels are included with beds made for your arrival as well as a mid-stay and end-of-stay clean. In summer the chalet is included in the Summer Multipass scheme.
