Description

Chalet Kaprun V is located in the snow-sure village of Kaprun. The Lechnerberg beginners and practice slope is about 250m from the chalet. Here the little ones or novices can master skiing in complete safety. The Maiskogelbahn gondola is less than a km away which gives access to the Maiskogel ski area and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, which are connected. The ski bus stops in front of the door which also enables you to get to Zell am See and beyond to Saalbach, all on the one ski pass

The centre of Kaprun with various shops, restaurants (including the superb and typically Austrian restaurant, Hilbergers, one of our favourites) and après ski bars can be found about 600m away. After a day on the slopes why not visit the Tauern Spa’ with its various saunas, steam room, a solarium, massage centre and indoor pool, located 2 km from the chalet.

The very spacious chalet at over 300m2 has five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with free Wi-Fi, a ski and boot room with ski boot dryers and parking for four cars. The chalet is divided over two floors.

Through the entrance on the ground floor you reach the spacious hall.

From here you have the well equipped kitchen with sitting area,  hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a separate living room with sitting area and TV. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find  bedroom 1 with a double bed, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed. One bedroom is a triple with a double bed and a single bed and one bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. From the bedrooms you have access to the large balcony. A maximum of two extra beds in the attic are possible on request (at an extra charge). There is a separate toilet here. Definitely a well located and value 5 bedroom chalet which can sleep up to 12.
