Located on the ground floor, this 145m2 spacious apartment is spread over 2 levels has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a laundry room, a large living room opening onto a contemporary and luxury, well equipped kitchen and dining area. The chalet apartment is a ski in ski out option with the centre and shops just 150m away.

Level 0 – As you enter you will see the large entrance hall with lots of storage. Then moving into the kitchen you will find an oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. Then moving into the living room we have a flat screen TV and warming pellet stove. There is a wood stove but is for decoration only and cannot be used. Also on this level is a WC

Level -1 Finds the bedrooms with bedroom 1  offering 2 single beds (80 x 190) which can be made into a double, with TV and en suite with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2  has 2 single beds (80 x 190) which can also be made into a double with a TV and en suite with a shower and WC. Bedroom 3 again has 2 single beds (80 x 190) which can make a double, TV and en suite with a shower and WC. Bedroom 4 again has 2 single beds (80 x 190) which can be made into a double with TV and en suite with a shower, double sinks and WC. Bedroom 5 also has 2 single beds (80 x 190) which can be made into a double with TV and en suite with a bath and separate WC.

You will also find the laundry room here with a washing machine and dryer. If driving here there is covered car park space n°1 (Height : 2,20m, Width : 2,40m, Depth : 4,3M) and 2 skis lockers with a ski boot dryer.
