Chalet Kraxner is located at the start of the main street in Serfaus, with is a pedestrianised, car free village so you are only allowed to drive your car to your chalet on Saturdays to check in and out. The main gondolas are located just 900m from the chalet, the stop for the underground railway however is only 50m away and will bring you to the gondolas in only a few minutes. The lively centre of Serfaus is only 100m from the chalet.

Chalet Kraxner is a traditional and small 4 bedroom catered chalet located on the 1st and 2nd floor of this larger typical Austrian style chalet, with the chalet decorated in traditional Austrian styleThe location gives you a wonderful view of the small church of Serfaus, the village itself and the valley behind. The chalet offers 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have excellent beds. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms (of which 2 have private bathrooms), a kitchen where your staff will prepare your dinner and a small living/dining room. On the second floor you will find another bedroom accommodating up to 2 guests with a private bathroom.

Serfuas together with Fiss and Landis is a excellent modern ski resort with excellent snow conditions with the resort reaching up to 2600m. It is an ideal place for beginners and experienced skiers alike. The ski runs near the village are particularly suited to beginners and children, hence recommended a lot for families. Experienced skiers though can spend days exploring the fantastic ski area with a wide variety of challenging slopes including 30km of black slopes. For cross-country skier “langlaufers” there are 90 km of trails in Serfaus.

The price includes 7 nights’ accommodation, 7 breakfasts, 6 x 3-course evening meals and all drinks in the chalet (wine, beer, soft drinks, non-alcoholic beer, tea, coffee, but not strong liquor such as gin/vodka etc.), bed linen, final cleaning, towels, WiFi.The price excludes local tourist tax. Afternoon tea/snacks is also included.
