Chalet La Petitta is an atmospheric 8 bedroom catered chalet, nicely located in the pretty and traditional village of Jouvenceaux, just outside the lively town of Sauze d’Oulx in the Via Lattea ski area, 1500m away. Jouvenceaux is an authentic Italian village with renovated houses and narrow streets and where there are two bars/restaurants close to the chalet, to have a drink after skiing, as a change from the chalet. Skiing in Italy often brings up thoughts of great food and wines, Italian grappa, cappuccino, lunches in one the many mountain restaurants, a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and of course the excellent skiing.

In the middle of Jouvenceaux you will find the 3* Chalet La Pettita right by a little square with a fountain. The ski lift is only 150 metres away from the chalet, so no waiting in line, at any time. The slope that brings you back to Jouvenceaux is maintained with snow cannons and should be no problem for intermediate skiers. Beginners can take the ski lift back to the chalet, so as you can see it is very conveniently located.

Chalet La Petitta is unique due to its on-site restaurant (the Cave). On one side there is a comfortable lounge, on the other side is the dining area. There are enough dining tables and for bigger groups, chalet staff can put the tables together. The ambience is rustic, authentic and unique 13th/ 14th century. The chalet staff are not quite that old and will serve you your inclusive breakfasts, afternoon tea and evening meals here.

Entrance 4

These bedrooms are a little bigger than the others, 2 bedrooms have an extra mezzanine (an extra low-ceilinged floor). The mezzanine (1.50 m) has a low ceiling and 2 beds which are suitable for adults, but take note of the height of this room.
