It is a 2nd floor, 3 bedroom, 90m2 apartment, for up to 4 adults and 4 children and is situated in a quiet street in the charming centre, just a 4 minute walk from the Le Praz ski lifts, 400m away. This 10-man lift will whisk you up to Couchevel 1850 in just 6 minutes. Alternatively the Le Praz chairlift gives you direct access to the top of La Tania, and from there onto Meribel via the Col de la Loze. There are a number of excellent bars and restaurants just a snowball’s throw from the chalet but its the ease and convenience to get to the snow sure higher area of 1850 thats a BIG plus of staying in the pretty and more authentic (and cheaper) centre of Le Praz.

The architecture of this residence blends Savoyard authenticity with French flair into the typical setting of the village, with the exterior combining stone and wood. Large windows with access to the terrace gives the chalet a contemporary look. The unique interior decoration is a subtle combination of wooden furniture and warmly coloured fabrics.
