The Chalet Bettaix V is one of four almost identical, detached, 5 bedroom, 12-person chalets located just off Route des Pecheurs in the family friendly village area of Le Bettaix, Les Menuires. The chairlift and blue piste are located just 150 metres away and accessible via a level road. This lift gets you into the whole Les Trois Vallées ski area, via Les Menuires.

About 100 metres away you will find a small supermarket with a bakery and virtually on your doorstep you will find a ski rental shop for your skis and snowboard equipment, where we can help book your discounted ski hire. The closest restaurant and bar is just 100m away. There are many facilities in Les Menuires itself, including a ski school, a large sports centre with swimming pool, an ice rink, restaurants, shops and various places of entertainment.

There is ample parking space at the chalets, per chalet there are two spaces and the other cars can be parked in the immediate vicinity. The four chalets each have a private sauna, fireplace and free Wi-Fi connection. This chalet is best suited for families and those not wanting a loud and vibrant apres ski on your doorstep which is more easily found in Val Thorens, Courchevel and Meribel. Though normally bookable on a self catered basis, it is possible to book this with half board catering with a chef or on a “contactless catered” basis.

Chalet Layout:

This chalet is spread over two floors and has the entrance on the ground floor.

The living room is located on the first floor and benefits from the sloping roof which makes it feel extra spacious. In the living room you will find a comfortable sitting area, satellite TV, wood burning fireplace and an excellent dining area. The spacious open plan kitchen comes well equipped with a four-burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. From the living room you have access to the balcony and there is a separate toilet on this floor.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The third bedroom is a family room with two single beds, a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and toilet. There is also a wellness area with sauna and shower. Next to the front door is a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and freezer. On the first floor you will find two further bedrooms with two single beds each and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
