Description

Chalet Le Ferme V is nicely situated in the pretty village of Montriond, just 2km from Morzine. Its hard not to marvel at this beautiful former farmhouse which has been tastefully and sympathetically renovated, reflecting typical tradition.

Though the chalet is not ski in ski out it is located immediately next to the free shuttle bus stop to Morzine and the other way to Ardent, for even easier access to Avoriaz., so you’ll enjoy easy access to the slopes and centre, though we can also lay on a private transfer too.

On entering this huge 300m2 chalet you will appreciate the warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes, perhaps by the wood burning fireplace.

Chalet Layout:

Ground floor:

2 en suite double bedrooms with 160 cm by 200 cm double beds, with a shower and WC.

1 en suite double room with two single beds, 80 x 200 cm, with a shower and WC.

Also on the ground floor is the ski room, located at the entrance of the chalet, where you will find storage space for your skis and ski boot dryers.

You will also find a equipped kitchen and a lounge, ideal to enjoy a hot chocolate, or glass of bubbles perhaps after a day of skiing, or for the children to enjoy the TV, whilst the adults play upstairs.

First floor:

Second and very large living/dining area open to the second fitted kitchen and balcony

Two double bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds, each bedroom with a shower room and toilet plus a mezzanine area used as an office or reading area.

At the chalet you will find 2 TVs, a washing machine and tumble dryer and wifi. If driving here there are 3 to 4 outdoor parking spaces in front of the chalet. Beds are made up for your arrival, as well as towels, service linen and cleaning at the end of your stay, all included.
