Chalet Luis is an outstanding 4 bedroom penthouse for those discerning winter sports enthusiasts, or summer mountain sun and fun seekers, who really want tip top luxury accommodation in a great location. Ideally located off Nikolaus-Grasser Strasse in the Mountain Hotel building, you are right across from the beginners area and a short 600m walk (or catch the free shuttle which stops outside) to the other lift which will take you onto the larger skier and then over on the cable car to the glacier. An easy stroll too for the bars, restaurants and shopping facilities of Kaprun and then when you want to relax you can take advantage of the on site spa.

On site you will find a restaurant serving regional and Mediterranean cuisine. Breakfasts are served for those who prefer to wander down to the restaurant and bar and a selection of 3-course and 4-course meals are available here too and can be added as a half board option, or you can have your own personal chef catering in your fabulous penthouse.

The spa facilities for your complimentary use  include an all-year outdoor pool with countercurrent system, a panoramic acacia sauna and a deluxe sanarium (both with coloured lighting), an ice fountain and a relaxation lounge with water beds. A solarium is available for a surcharge. Guests also receive a 10% discount at the Tauern Spa World, located 1.4 miles away. Parking spaces and an underground garage are available and complimentary for guests booking with us.
