Description

The Chalet Lune is a fabulous luxury chalet, designed in a spirit combining tradition and modernity. It is one of two spacious and upscale apartments located in the heart of the Villarencel district at the entrance of St Martin de Belleville at about 200 metres from the shops and about 300 metres from the ski lift in the centre of the village. There are free outdoor parking spaces in front of the chalet and if you prefer not to walk to the lifts the free shuttle stop is about 50 metres away.

The chalet is a very spacious, 268m2 triplex apartment of 9 rooms with 6 bedrooms for 14 persons with its own individual lift, with a west facing balcony. As you enter the chalet on the ground level you will find a double garage for 2 vehicles, a wellness area with sauna, steam room and ice fountain. There is then a a dormitory bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 (4 x 80 x 190cm), a cinema room and a recreation area, together with the ski and boot room and WC

Moving up a level to floor 1 we have the spacious living are with a panoramic view, comfy sofas and armchairs, the dining area, central fireplace and office area, (allowing some work back home to be done if necessary). The contemporary and very well equipped kitchen has 5 gas hobs, hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Delonghi coffee maker, toaster, citrus presser, kettle etc On this level is also bedroom 1 with a double sofa bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and independent toilet
