Chalet Madeleine is a fabulous 300m2 former farmhouse which has been completely and sympathetically renovated to a high standard, offering generous sized rooms fitted with high quality furniture and materials. Nestled on a hillside, just off Route des Granges du Bas,
with a breathtaking view of the Morzine valley in Montriond, you will appreciate the three independent terraces inviting you to relax, enjoy the scenery from at least one of the terraces or from the outdoor hot tub. Everything is done with taste, just leaving you to enjoy yourselves.

Located just over 800m away from Montriond itself which hosts a few shops bars and restaurants, you are also close by the free shuttle route to the ski lifts in central Morzine about 3km away and can also be accessed via a private transfer to and from the slopes if you prefer.

Here we have the entrance with large storage cupboard and wardrobe, then bedroom 1 with two single beds 90 x 200 cm and storage space, plus bedroom 2 also with two single beds 90 x 200 cm and storage space. Then we have an independent bathroom for these bedrooms to share, plus an independent toilet, laundry room, gym and sauna with shower.

Bedroom 3 is also on this level with two single beds 80 x 200 cm with storage and and en suite bathroom with a shower and access to a terrace and jacuzzi. Finally on this level we have bedroom 4 with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) an en suite bathroom with a shower room en suite, storage space plus access to a terrace and jacuzzi.

Here we have the well equipped and modern, fitted kitchen,  open plan  to the living room – with a dining table for 8 guests and a doorway leading to the wine cellar. Then we have the dining area overlooking the living area, with a larger table for 10 to 12 people. Adjacent is the spacious and inviting living room with comfy sofas and club chairs. Access to the two terraces which are respectively on each side of the room, with the terraces each having a table and chairs. You will be able to enjoy any sun here at any time of the day. We also have bedroom 5 here with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower  (90 x 190 cm), storage space and TV.

Second floor :

Here we have dormitory bedroom with 2 single beds (for children), en suite with a shower, TV and storage. Most bedrooms, bar this one can be made up as doubles or twin bedded rooms.

This outstanding chalet can be booked on a self catered, part catered or full catered basis and we can help with airport transfers, transfers to and from the slopes though if driving here there are 4 private parking spaces.
