Chalet Maria II is an ideal option for large groups of 12 people or more, with 8 bedrooms with all bedrooms offering an en suite bathroom. This former guesthouse also has several rooms on the ground floor, where you can spend enjoyable evenings together, its own bar and professional kitchen and with your own private sauna after a hard day on the slopes. The chalet also has complimentary WiFi throughout.

The closest ski lift is just 950m away with the Fleckenalmbahn lift just over a km away, which takes you directly into the superb Kitzbuhel/Kirchberg ski area. The free ski bus stops right outside the door, so you can park your car all week in one of the 10 parking spaces provided. Its also an easy walk into the vibrant centre of Kirchberg with its renowned apres ski, ess than a km away with the closest restaurant being 200m away.

You have access to three floors, or 4 floors including the top floor if you want to book the larger 13 bedroom option which is Chalet Maria I. The chalet is offered either on a catered half board basis, with breakfasts only or self catered to suit.

Ground floor:
Bar and stube with dining area and TV. Well equipped and professional kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and two kettles. Recreation room with dining table, refrigerator and coffeemaker.

Bedroom with a double bed, double sofa bed, TV, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 with a 2-person sofa bed and shower.

First floor:
Here you will find six bedrooms, three of which have a double bed, TV, balcony and bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Two further bedrooms have a double bed, a sofa bed for 1 person, TV and bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet. Some bedrooms have a balcony.

Basement:
Bedroom with a 2-person bed, 2-person sofa bed, TV and bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Sauna with shower, toilet and relaxation area. Furthermore there is a playroom and a ski storage room with a heated ski boot dryer.
