Right in the heart of the action in Morzine, the excellent 3 bed 3 bath Chalet Marmotte III is just a 2 minute walk to the Pleney telecabine with the Piou Piou kindergarten being almost opposite. Behind L’Aubergade hotel there is a short button lift which allows you to ski down to the Pleney telecabine making this ski in ski out to 50m away with the shops, restaurants and bars being on your doorstep.

Chalet Marmotte III is a quality and spacious 4 star apartment on the 3rd floor, serviced by a lift  It is light and airy with mountain views from large windows.   The interior is designed in a chic modern chalet style and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The open plan living room has a modern horseshoe kitchen, dining for up to 8 guests and plenty of comfy seating.  There is a SMART TV with French channels and UK Freeview channels. There are windows on the south and east sides allowing for plenty of light and views of the surrounding mountains.  A patio door leads to outdoor seating on the south facing balcony.

There are 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room.  Two of the bedrooms are ensuite whilst another shares a bathroom with the bunk room.  All the bedrooms can be made up as twins, making this an ideal apartment for a group of friends or colleagues.  Two of the bedrooms have patio doors onto east facing balconies.

A washer and dryer are located in the hallway cupboards. There is a double garage in the under ground car park (height limit of 1.9 m).  Your ski locker has heated ski boot warmers for 6 pairs of boots.  All the windows have security blinds.
