Chalet Nowell is a detached, luxurious and attractively furnished 5 bedroom 3 bathroom chalet, tastefully decorated with high quality materials. A truly prime location with lots of privacy, partly due to a large walled terrace. The chalet has also been designed with the use of much glass in the living room, ensuring a fantastic view over the valley and the surrounding mountains with peaks up to 3500 metres and view of the famous Mont Blanc.

Both the ski slope and the first chairlift are conveniently just 100 metres from the chalet. Directly below the”Vallandry 74″ chairlift there is also a separate garage / ski locker room with a ski boot dryer available, making sure you don’t have to lug your ski equipment around unnecessary.

The centre of family friendly Vallandry, with all necessary facilities such as ski school, childcare, shops, a bakery, bars and restaurants is easily accessible and is just 100 metres from the chalet and if driving here there is ample parking in the vicinity of the chalet but not immediately outside as the chalet is located in a car-free area, thus ensuring a degree of peace and complete privacy.

Chalet Layout:

On entering the chalet you will find an entrance with a spacious hall and storage facilities for your equipment. You will then step inside the cosy, comfortably furnished living room with a lovely sitting area, wood burning fireplace, sound system and dining area. The living room offers a beautiful view over the valley, through the panoramic windows.

There is a luxurious and well equipped open plan kitchen with induction hotplates, fridge/freezer dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Spacious sunny terrace with garden furniture, facing south / east and overlooking the Tarentaise Valley. The terrace offers access to the sauna. and in the garden you will find a hot tub.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 x 200 and one with a single bed of 140 x 200, plus a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (180 x 200) and a 4-person bedroom with two bunk beds (100 x 200) and TV, with two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with shower, plus two separate toilets. Offered on a self catered or catered half board basis to suit.
