Description

Chalet Reiteralm IV is a convenient option built on the slopes of the Schladming-Dachstein ski area, just above Pichl. Pichl is a picturesque village lieing between Schladming and Mandling. The village is a collection of farmhouses scattered throughout the valley. This part of the valley still has a traditional and rustic character and is very serene. There is ample parking space at the bottom of the lift station and you will also find also several restaurants and shops. Opposite the campground, in the village, you will be able to find several good restaurants that are relatively inexpensive. Although there are several bars and pubs, this is a quiet village, so does not offer many apres-ski options which are found mainly a short shuttle ride away in lively Schladming.

The mountain area of Pichl is called the the Reiteralm area, which is about a kilometre from Pichl. Reiteralm is part of the Schladming-Dachstein Ski Area. The Reiteralm mountain is the perfect entrance to this 4 mountain ski region where skiers and snowboarders can enjoy the 167Km of interconnected prepared slopes and lift systems.

Pichl is very popular with families due to its affordable prices and great range of slopes. The red slopes of the Reiteralm and the Hochwurzen are wide and undulating, making it suitable for less experienced skiers and for better skiers with is good access to Schladming and Dachstein,  which is part of the even greater Ski Amade ski region.

Spread over 120 m², Chalet Reiteralm IV provides ample space for up to 9 people with the added convenience of being a ski in ski out chalet. Your holiday home features 4 bedrooms with the bedding being a double in the first bedroom, a double in the second, a double and a single bed in the third and finally bedroom 4 with 2 single beds. These are serviced by 4 bathrooms, with 3 bathrooms having a shower and 1 bathroom having a bath. There is also your very own sauna for your relaxation. In addition, this superior chalet features 2 furnished balconies to take in those views. 

The kitchen comes well equipped with a ceramic range, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker. A small starter set is included of dishwasher tablets, dishwasher detergent (sample size), a sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth, all provided for you upon arrival.
