Chalet Rosko is an excellent option, offering a 9 bedroom open-plan 21-person catered chalet in pretty Tignes les Brévières and is an ideal choice for a large group. The spacious chalet is located in the village’s Hauts des Brévières area, less than 100-metres from the funicular-style lift that links you to the main lift station, pistes and village centre.

The airy accommodation, arranged over four floors, is beautifully constructed from traditional Savoyarde wood and stone. It features all the amenities you would expect from a premium chalet, including a traditional sauna and outdoor hot tub with panoramic views of the idyllic snowy mountains and lake. There is ample storage for skis and boards complete with heated ski boot warmers, so you know your equipment will be dry, ready for action the following day.

Chalet Rosko has 8 double or twin en suite bedrooms, most of which have wrap-around balcony access, plus one large en suite family bedroom with capacity for up to five guests and a private balcony. None of the bedrooms adjoin social areas, so you can be sure of a peaceful night’s sleep after a long day on the slopes or perhaps more so on your first evening after a long journey to the chalet. All bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twins, allowing for maximum flexibility.

A highlight of the chalet is the very large dining table that lends itself perfectly for sociable dining. Off this area is a comfortable, open plan lounge with a crackling log burner and plenty of sofas, plus a separate snug offering UK TV, a choice of board games, a games console and a DVD player with a selection of movies. As an added bonus, on the lower ground floor you’ll find a games room with a pool table and a table football machine, which is particularly useful for keeping younger guests occupied (or indeed anyone young at heart)

Chalet Rosko offers a restaurant quality dinging experience that discerning diners will love. A hot breakfast is served daily alongside a variety of continental options, while a sumptuous afternoon tea awaits you after each day on the slopes. Six nights per week you are served with an indulgent five-course meal, inclusive of canapés and a cheese course with port – all accompanied by free-flowing hand-picked French bottled wine. On the chefs night off, normally on a Tuesday, you have the opportunity to enjoy one of the numerous local restaurants.
