Chalet Ruade V is conveniently located just below the centre of Les Menuires, just 25 metres from the blue ski slope from where you can ski to the Tortollet chairlift and the Rocher Noir gondola. The Tortollet chairlift takes you, in a few minutes, to the centre of Les Menuires, where ski lifts leave for the Col de la Chambre and the 3 Marches. From here you can go further into the Les Trois Vallées ski area. The Rocher Noir gondola takes you to the Point de la Masse, where a number of great runs are located.

You can also cross the slopes from the chalet and take the ‘Preyerand’ passenger lift to the centre of Les Menuires which runs into the evening. In the centre of Les Menuires you’ll find a wide range of restaurants with lovely sun terraces and there are several bars for some après-ski fun.  Furthermore, there are a number of supermarkets, shops, ski rental, ski schools, childcare and an indoor pool with wellness facilities in the village. Within 200 metres from the chalet there are several restaurants, shops and ski rental.

The chalet apartment comes nicely furnished, having several balconies with unobstructed views. All 5 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and if driving here there is ample free parking. Just above the chalet and accessible via a staircase, is restaurant La Ruade. This restaurant, with large sun terrace and a huge fireplace, offers a good menu with local specialties and international dishes, with the owners of the restaurant being the chalet owners.

The 130m2 chalet-apartment entrance is on the ground floor with a ski locker and a ski boot dryer for 10 pairs of ski boots.The apartment is furnished with a lot of wood and a beamed ceiling, ensuring a feeling of space. The living room is comfortably furnished, and has a nice sitting area with a satellite television with DVD player, a dining table and a small but well equipped open plan kitchen, with hot plates, a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and an electric kettle. The chalet has a Wi-Fi internet and three balconies, each with a beautiful and unobstructed view.

Three of the bedrooms have double beds each and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Then there are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds. Both of these bedrooms also have an en-suite bathroom with shower. A great ski in ski out choice.
