Chalet Snowflake is another excellent catered chalet in the village of Montchavin, in the heart of the Paradiski area, offering 425km of interconnected pistes. The 5 bedroom chalet is in a fabulous location in the village, making it very easy for you to come and go as you please. If you have small children it’s easy to slip back to the chalet if they (or you) need a break. This ski in – ski out chalet is ideal for couples and small groups of up to 12. 

In the chalet there is lovely lounge with a wood burning fireplace plus a small comfortable snug for those wishing to watch a movie. There is a games console with internet games and some more traditional old school board games available too. The bedrooms are all ensuite, some with balconies and one with a small garden and complimentary toiletries are provided. There is also a private sauna which unusually has a mountain view.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the quaint cobbled village of Montchavin,  you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, bakery, delicatessen, supermarket, swimming pool complex and lift pass office. The Montchavin cable car is across the road, just 50m from the chalet and takes you to either the gondola lift into Les Coches, or a gentle 150m ski to the Vanoise Express from where the vast La Plagne/Les Arcs ski area beckons. You can’t fail but love this awesome ski area and if driving here there is complimentary parking available at the chalet.

Ground Floor:

Room 1 – Twin/Double ensuite shower and WC.

Room 2 – Twin/Double ensuite shower and WC.

First Floor:

Lounge and dining area with balcony and real wood burning fire and doors to the terrace, hosting the hot tub and the sauna overlooking the piste. Wrap around glass windows giving a fabulous view of the ski run back home

Second Floor:

Room 4 – Twin/Double with additional twin in separate area ensuite bath with shower over and WC

Room 3  – Twin/Double ensuite shower and WC

Penthouse:

Room 5 – Twin/Double plus additional full sized bunks ensuite shower and WC

Hot tub and sauna on the terrace over looking the piste.
