Close des Fonds III is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment with balconies, in a quiet location off Close des Fonds, with free covered municipal parking if driving here. This excellent apartment offers a great value ski-in / ski-out option  from the Village chairlift. Staying here ensures ultra convenience for both slopes and the supermarket, with a couple of decent bars and eateries all a short walk away. Everything is set up here for a memorable ski holiday with peace of mind, with friends or family.

The apartment is a decent size at 100 m2 for 10 people, on 2 half-levels, completely furnished and fully equipped with WiFi, a fitted kitchen, washing machine and dryer, raclette / fondue appliances, hair dryer, ski boot dryer etc and is laid out as below:

Level 1.5:

Entrance / ski room (benches, ski boot dryer, coat racks). Open plan living room / kitchen,  with a large TV, TV box and DVD player – well equipped kitchen (large table for 10 people, dishwasher, raclette and fondue appliances, blender, large quantities of dishes and glasses, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. Washing machine and dryer also included.

Bedroom 1 with a 160/200 bed,  separable into 2 x 80/200 and TV and a shower room with WC

Level 1 :

2 bedrooms with 160/200 beds separable into 2 x 80/200 and TV and 1 bedroom with double bunk beds for 4 (2 beds at the bottom and 2 at the top). In each bedroom there is an en suite shower room with WC. All bed linen provided: Sheets, towels …. and tea towels for the kitchen.

End of stay cleaning also included (for an apartment left as it was when you arrived). Baby bed / high chair / available

ESF: ski school departs a 10 minute walk from the apartment or accessible by ski on village chairlift. Free shuttle stops very close too.

ESI Saint Christophe: a free shuttle picks up the children and brings them back to the building during the holidays (Club MED stop)
