Flocon IV in Tignes le Lac is a luxurious 120m² 4 bedroom apartment, for up to 9 people, situated on the 2nd floor of a larger building, boasting a large south-facing balcony offering sublime views across the lake and mountains beyond. The perfect apartment for friends and family alike to enjoy and relax in after a hard day on the pistes or summer mountain activities !

Strategically located in the brand new Phoenix residence in heart of Tignes le Lac a very short stroll from all the ski lifts (125m to 300m away) and village, this quality apartment offers a well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. There is a very comfortable living area with floor to ceiling windows, leading onto the balcony to soak up those views. There is a large wall mounted flat screen satellite TV with English and French channels.

For sleeping arrangements we have a master bedroom, with a double bed 180 x 200 cm with en-suite bathroom, with a bath and separate WC. Bedroom 2 is another double bedroom as above but not en suite. Bedroom 3 is a triple bedroom, with 3 single beds arranged as a triple bunk, 90 x 200cm and finally we have bedroom 4 with  two single beds, 90 x 200. These bedrooms share the second bathroom. There is also a washing machine here if needed.

The Phoenix offers luxury apartments differing in size (50m2 to 150m2) and capacity but all decorated to a high standard, offering an exceptional environment, suitable for families and groups of friends alike. The apartments conveniently have a ski room with large ski lockers and a ski boot warmer.
