This luxury apartment offers 128 m² of space for 10/12 people, sleeping in 5 separate bedrooms with 4 double beds and a bunk bed, 4 bathrooms with shower & toilet,  as well as a quality and comfortable living area complete with a double sofa bed with a spring mattress, which is useful if you are a party of 10,11 or 12 and an open well equipped kitchen.

From the  balcony you have a view of the mountains and landscapes of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The luxury chalet also offers free WiFi in the entire accommodation, a ski and boot room with a ski boot heater and 4 free parking spaces directly in front of the chalet, with a charging station for e-cars.

The apartment building is located in a quiet yet central location, pretty much equidistant between Saalbach and Hinterglemm in one of the best loved winter sports areas of Austria, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn or the “Ski Circus” area. The centre of Saalbach can be reached in less than 10 minutes or less by walking, with the free ski bus stopping every 5 to 10 minutes almost directly in front of the chalet on the main street.

The nearest supermarket, the M-Preis, is located directly opposite the building. The chalet also offers a ski in possibility almost directly to the front door,  via ski slope 86 from the Sunliner lift. Convenience is thus assured by staying here. The chalet apartment is offered either self catered or with a catered half board option to suit and is bookable on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
