Family-run for 5 generations, the classy and friendly 4-star superior, Hotel Alpin Lodge das Zillergrund is located in the Zillergrund Valley and the Zillergrund Nature Park, just less than 2km away from the centre Mayrhofen and easily accessed via either the complimentary hotel shuttle or the free resort shuttle which stops outside. If you prefer to walk at any time to the centre of Mayrhofen, then it would take you 20/30 mins depending on how quickly you can walk! Complimentary WiFi is available and guests can relax in the 2,500 m² Nature Spa.

All the spacious bedrooms at Alpin Lodge das Zillergrund feature a balcony with views of the Zillertal Alps, a safe, a sitting area, cable TV and a bathroom with hairdryer. Each room has a sauna bag with towels for the spa area. The superb spa area includes an indoor pool (20m long), several saunas and relaxation areas, a steam bath, a fitness room, a sunbathing lawn and a sun terrace.

The excellent restaurant serves outstanding, creative and traditional Tyrolean cuisine only based on certified regional products. A wide range of fine wines is also available to compliment your dining or just for a casual drink at the superb bar. Your half-board option includes a breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack and of course your 4/5 course evening meal, every night and really judging by the comments back, its worth staying here for the food alone, with the chef constantly tantalising your taste buds, creating innovative and inviting options.

The hotel offers a range of guided biking and hiking tours through the surrounding mountains in summer. In winter, guests can participate in a skiing day with the hosts once a week, to get to know the area and the family who own the welcoming hotel.
