Description

Ki West Chalet is a spacious, detached 5 bedroom chalet, spread over 3 floors, with a good location as very close to the chalet is a skiable link to the main piste, though it is not an official part of the piste and is not prepared, so beginners might not find it easy, especially if a heavy snowfall. Experienced/Intermediate skiers though wouldn’t have a problem and can thus ski from the chalet to the Ki-West lift, which is only 350 metres from chalet, making this pretty much a ski in ski out chalet. This lift takes you directly into the Westendorf ski area which is part of the huge Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser/Brixental domain which includes Soll.

From the chalet you could also have another choice to ski, where approx 2 km away you will find the Pengelstein lift, with its direct link to the whole Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area, thus making this such a well located chalet for skiing many km. The free shuttle to this lift and the centre of Kirchberg is only 300m away. Just 500m away you will find a good restaurant and bar though the main activities, shopping and vibrant apres ski are really in Kirchberg, 5km away, so a car would be useful if staying here, though public transport works well here.If you purchase the Super Ski Card you can explore both ski areas over the whole week, on the same ski pass. Ground floor:
Living room with comfortable sitting area with satellite TV, which connects into the dining area with a large dining table, wood burning stove and extra TV so you don’t need to miss your favourite sports event whilst eating!! This links into the well equipped designer kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
n this level there are two bathrooms of which one with two showers and two washbasins and one with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet. Separate toilet.

First floor:
Here you will find the five bedrooms of which one has a double bed and TV, one has a double bed and no TV, two further bedrooms have a double bed and bunk beds, sleeping 4 in each, with the 5th bedroom having four single beds (this room has a lowered ceiling). On this floor there is a third bathroom with two showers and two washbasins.

Lower ground floor:
Here is the fun and recreation room with a further sitting area, TV and pool table and some also use it as an extra bedroom!

The chalet can be booked on a self catered basis, or on a catered half board basis, subject to us having a chef available.
