The 4 star Le Hameau du Kashmir is ideally located at the entrance of Val Thorens, just metres from the mid station ski lifts, offering you ski-in/ski-out options onto the Plein Sud ski slope. The Hameau du Kashmir complex opened in 2012 and is now a firm favourite with our clients for its quality and convenience. The resort centre, shops and sports centre are only 5 a minute walk or a short shuttle-bus ride away. Le Hameau du Kashmir also offers a ski rental shop on-site, which can be pre-booked with Dare2ski for maximum convenience. In addition there is a free play room for children and teenagers (parents are responsible for children as no staff looking after them).

The panoramic views of this residence are outstanding, with the property offering hotel suites and apartments. The Hotel section of Le Hameau du Kashmir offers 53 suites whilst the Residence has 39, 2 to 4 bedroom self-catered apartments. The inspiration for the stylish interior décor throughout is an eclectic mix of the Himalayan region of ‘Kashmir’, in the North West of India and the local Savoie region, creating a unique and luxurious atmosphere for your stay at Le Hameau du Kashmir. Val Thorens is a semi-pedestrianised resort, meaning you can drive through the village and unload your luggage at the apartment or hotel and then you must park your vehicle in the residences car park or one of the public car parks in the resort, as it is verboten to park in the street. Le Hameau du Kashmir has underground parking (payable limited spaces, 1.90m max height) or you can use one of the public outdoor or covered car parks (payable & pre-bookable).

All the self-catering apartments at Le Hameau du Kashmir have a luxurious, warm and welcoming feeling and have been decorated in the  traditional colours of the Kashmir region. They all have a living area and many of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, with bath or shower, WC, hairdryer and heated towel rail. The kitchens come fully equipped with built-in appliances including 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, traditional oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee-maker and toaster. There is a flat-screen TV in the living area, safe and a balcony.

The spacious hotel suites are 40 to 80m². They are made up of two separate bedrooms, a living room, balcony, 2 bath or shower rooms and toilets. Either on one single floor, a duplex or with a mezzanine.
