The 3* ski in/ski out Les Balcons de la Rosiere residence offers excellent  1 to 7 bedroom apartments with excellent facilities,  with larger apartments having a wood burning stove. The largest apartments (7 bedrooms) can sleep up to 16, making them an ideal option for family groups. Built in traditional style, Les Balcons de La Rosiere benefits from a quiet location, great sunshine and fantastic views over the valley. Floor space is more generous than that found in most Alpine units.

All the apartments are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience, with the interior décor being traditional, with the use of pine wood and rustic features. The apartments have a well equipped kitchen area with 4-ring ceramic hob, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All apartments have a living area, some quite spacious, with a double pull out sofa bed, bathroom with spa bath, WC, satellite TV and a balcony. Wood burning stoves are found in 3 bedroom and larger apartments.

Les Balcons La Rosiere is located in the Quartier des Eucherts area of La Rosiere with a few shops, bars, bowling, restaurants and mini-market nearby. It’s also close to the ski lifts and is ski-in/ski-out in normal conditions. Ski school is a short walk away or you can ski down to the meeting point. A free resort shuttle bus operates from the Les Balcons to the centre of La Rosiere, 900m away, or you can enjoy an easy amble along the marked footpath through the forest, over to the centre too.

Les Balcons de La Rosiere has a nice reception lounge with an open fireplace, underground car park, a luggage room, ski lockers and free Wi-Fi in the main reception area and in the apartments.There is also complimentary access to the residence own spa area, with its sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, with massages and beauty treatments available for an extra fee.

The ‘La Grange’ restaurant  as part of the complex,  is lovely, atmospheric and full of charm, serving both Savoyard and Italian specialities with its terrace being accessible directly from the slopes. Half and full-board options can be arranged here if preferred.

This particular 7 bedroom apartment is a duplex apartment, sleeping 14-16 people in its 180 m2 of space. There are 5 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms each with double beds, 6 bathrooms with WCs, a shower room and an extra WC, plus its own private sauna.  The living area is quite spacious, so everyone can sit together and hosts the large satellite, flat screen TV. The kitchen is surprisingly small but also surprisingly well equipped with a large oven, 2 fridge/freezers and 2 dishwashers, but with 2 in the kitchen…its crowded. Otherwise its a great unit for 12 to 14 people.
