This fabulous option has 3 lovely queen bedrooms, (each with its own safe), a well equipped  and fabulous high end kitchen with marble tops, a dishwasher, wine cooler, a microwave, oven and Nespresso machine, a flat-screen TV with cable and Netflix, a very comfortable sitting area and 3 bathrooms each fitted at with a shower and/or bath and WC, with an extra WC near the kitchen. Towels, bed linen and end of stay cleaning are included in our rates. Ski storage space is available on site in the communal heated area, with ski boot dryers and skiing the whole area, including Kitzbuhel, is right on your doorstep, where in normal conditions you can ski back to the apartment.

Kitzbühel is 7km miles from the accommodation, while Ellmau is 12km from the property and all can be easily skied over to. The nearest airport is Salzburg, which is about 70km away and we offer transfers from here, Innsbruck or Munich to suit. Offered either on a self catered or catered half board basis to suit.
