Chalet Plein Sud IV is in a small-scale residence with comfortable and spacious chalet apartments in a prime location in the snow sure ski resort Val Thorens. This apartment is one of 13 apartments, each having a bathroom with each bedroom and have no beds in the living room. You will also find a lovely stone fireplace in the living room which enhances this option.

From the ski storage room with ski boot dryers, you step directly onto the Plein Sud blue slope ensuring you have a true ski in ski out chalet. From this run you have excellent access to the entire ski area and you can easily reach the many lifts of Val Thorens. Via this slope you can also reach the ski schools, which have their starting point in the lower part of Val Thorens. In addition, you can use the blue Plein Sud slope back to the chalet. Along this blue slope you will find the famous La Folie Douce, from where, from about 3pm, it cuts loose with some excellent après-ski!

The chalet is located in the upper part of Val Thorens on Rue de la Boucle, about 200m away from the Tourist Office, with the big advantage of this location being that you stay close to the bars, shops and restaurants, a short walk away but you won’t experience any noise or inconvenience.

The residence has an elevator and several amenities such as a sauna and gym, which are free to use, together with a free laundry service. You also have the complimentary use an indoor pool, 200m away in the Chalet des Neiges development. There is complimentary Wi-Fi in the apartment and a lunchtime sandwich service can be arranged locally at the reception together with a fresh bread delivery service for breakfasts etc.

The chalet has its own parking garage with spaces available on request and cost € 90.00 to € 120.00 per week. The height of this garage is 2.05 metres. The public car park is also situated next to the chalet.

In this 95m2 chalet apartment, you will find a lovely living area with comfy seating, flat screen TV, DVD-player, wood burning fire place and dining area. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with an oven, four hotplates, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee maker (filter), kettle and toaster. Balcony views are directed to the South.

There are four bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and three with two single beds, plus the four bathrooms, of which one has a bath and three have a shower with three separate toilets.  The chalet also has a safe with beds made on arrival (sheets and duvets|, a hair dryer and heated towel rail in each bathroom, with two bath towels per person and end-of-stay cleaning included (except kitchen area).
