Description

Nestled in the hamlet le Raffort in Meribel, this chalet is a sympathetically refurbished barn, designed and furnished to a high standard. It is spread over three levels and offers 175 m2 of living space for 8 adults and 4 children. Its’ setting is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, dreaming of skiing back to their own chalet. Guests can ski down the Raffort ski run and either finish at the top of village and walk 2 minutes to the chalet, or can slalom through the pine trees directly to the chalet….mind the trees though!!

On the ground floor, you will find three lovely bedrooms with designer bathrooms, one of them being a children’s room with 4 bunk beds. There is a hammam also on this floor as well as a washer and dryer and ski storage room. On the first floor there is a very bright and warm living area with soft carpets, comfortable blue sofas for a Zen atmosphere, designer fireplace and a TV and Blu Ray player.The top floor consists of a double bedroom and a designer bathroom with shower.

A door will lead you to the balcony where you can take in the scenery. You will also find the very pretty traditional living room decorated in wood, with a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the bar and the dining room. The dining room has a large wooden table and a refined chandelier to add to the chalet’s fabulous and unique atmosphere.

The chalet is conveniently located in the hamlet of Raffort, a few minutes walk from the Olympe gondola, 220m away,  which leads directly to the Chaudanne, the Front de Neige de Méribel and the ski schools. The free ski bus operates a regular service outside the chalet from 7.35 a.m. to 23.25 p.m in the evening. You can also access the Méribel village slopes by car or bus. On site you will find free parking and the sale of ski passes which we can help you with. It is also possible to add on a private shuttle for 1 hour in the morning and one hour in the evening if you have any beginners or don’t want to walk anywhere. The chalet is bookable on a Saturday to Saturday basis with either half board catering, self catering or with a part catered option.
