The Morzine Penthouse apartment III, is a large, luxury self catered apartment in Le Chalets Joux Plane residence and sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms.  It is in a prime location just a 5 minute walk from the main Pleney Telecabine, with the shops and restaurants of town on your doorstep.

The apartment is over 2 floors  with the large open plan living area on the upper floor and the bedrooms on the lower floor. The penthouse is finished to the highest specification with luxurious bathrooms, sleek modern kitchens and modern design throughout.  All the main items of furniture are from Bo Concept and the beds are from a luxury hotel bed supplier.

The open plan living space has vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams.  Light streams in from large dormer windows and patio door.  The apartment faces south east so it makes the most of the sunshine.  There are balconies to the side and front of the residence all facing beautiful mountain views. The 55m² of living space, allows for dining and comfortable seating for everyone.  A state of the art kitchen has everything you or your private chef will need.

The apartment has Wifi throughout and a SMART TV allowing for access to Netflix and all other features on via the internet.  You will also have access to English Freeview.

The 3 bedrooms are all en-suite and all have balconies.  Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bath room and a king size bed.  Two full sized single beds sit above, allowing this room to flex into a quad room.  The south facing balcony will get the morning sunshine and will have uninterrupted views of Nyon mountain.  This balcony is shared with Bedroom 2 which has an en-suite shower room and king sized bed or twins.  Bedroom 3 has a balcony from the front of the residence with views of the Pleney slopes.  This bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a king sized double bed.

The apartment bedrooms can be made into twins or doubles making it the perfect place for a group of family, friends or colleagues. This excellent option is available to book on a self catered or excellent catered half board basis to suit.
