The superb penthouse Tirol is ideally located in the centre of Westendorf in a building with a number of apartments and opened its doors in December 2021. The building is built in typical Austrian style with natural materials being used together with much wood. The modern and luxurious furnishings ensure you will enjoy a great vacation here.

About 300 metres away, you will find the Schneeberg chair lift and the Sammer drag lift. Here you will also find the ski school with practice slopes and a ski rental shop. The blue slope here gets you to the Alpenrosenbahn which is located a little further down and takes you to the huge SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental ski area. From Westendorf there is a good lift system over to Brixen im Thale and the rest of the ski area which includes Soll.

After a day in the fresh mountain air you can relax in the on site wellness centre with its two saunas, infrared sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and relaxation room (swimwear required). On site there is a heated ski storage room with ski boot heaters, lift and Wi-Fi. A sandwich service is possible but there is also a fresh bakery 100 metres away. You can park your car in the garage of the résidence. In the parking garage there are two charging stations for electric cars available that you can use for a fee. You can also use the washing machine and dryer.

Next to the reception you will find a bar with lounge and restaurant, where you can end the day enjoying a drink. In the lovely centre of Westendorf right on your doorstep you can find more restaurants, bars and in the immediate vicinity of the residence you will find a bakery, two supermarkets, a bank, pharmacy and various shops.

As you enter the 182m2 penthouse you will find a spacious living area, open plan to the dining area, with a wood burning fireplace, satellite TV and Bluetooth Sound bar. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

There are five bedrooms, three of which have a double bed and TV and two with a double bed, bunk bed and TV. There are four bathrooms, of which one has a bath and toilet, two with a shower and toilet and one with shower and your own private sauna, with a separate toilet. The apartment also has a washing machine, dryer and a balcony. You have access to four parking spaces if driving here and can be booked on a Saturday to Saturday basis either catered or self catered.
